Presenters are required to present their papers LIVE through an online ZOOM platform during the conference day (12-13 December 2021).
Link for online ZOOM conference will be given 3 days before the conference. For security reason, you are required to sign in to your ZOOM account in order to enter the online conference. Please register a ZOOM account beforehand.
LIVE PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
1. Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes. If the presentation duration is less than 15 minutes, the remaining time will be reserved for questions and discussion with the attendees.
2. Use appropriate font size to make your slide readable without effort; typically, 20 point fonts should be used.
3. The presenters should introduce themselves to the session chairs before the beginning of the session to allow a smooth running of the session.
4. Each session will be moderated by a session chair.
6. Please fill out the presenter biography within your EDAS account. The information provided will be used by the session chair to introduce you during the session.
